Name this weapon

On a recent trip to Vladivostok Russia, I met a Russian Major in the Border Guards. I noticed a weapon that I had been wounded by in Korea. I told him that I had been hit by a weapon of this type in Korea in '51. He got it out of the display and had me pose with it. I also noticed that the local Russian women in this city, were for the most part VERY pretty and stlylish. My head was on a swivel.

Thank you, It is a honor to meet you. I was living (dependent) in Subic Bay during that conflict. I was in the SU in 1989, Great people to bad we were at each other.

I think that's a "nervous smile" your friend is wearing...
