Unhappy SSG Jim (Jamie) Alford

Jim was a veteran of OEF and served with me in Kuwait during the initial OIF campaign. He contracted mad cow disease prior to OEF and fought the disease bravely.

That is our policy.” You ask; What is our aim? I can answer with one word: Victory—victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road may be; for without victory there is no survival.-Winston Churchill

Jamie was a member of our SFA Chapter XXXl. We'll be at his funeral on Friday and USASFC is sending an ODA for the services. I'll provide an AAR after the funeral.

RIP, Jamie.
