Anyone taking Javelin DL NET?

Anyone out there taking The Javelin DL NET? I'm taking it and I'm stuck on Mod 7 and the program is not recording my progress. I've left messages via email and v/m with the help desk.

Yes,
That's the right one. Apparently there's a glitch in the matrix. I followed all instructions from the help desk to a T and I'm still having the same problem.

Checking in from Camp Williams, UT. I'm winding down with the Javelin NET at Camp Williams and it's like Play station 2 on steroids. Tomorrow its our last day and we'll be at the range using the FTT.
