I'm a 19th Grouper who commutes to drill. I've commuted to Colorado and now commuting to Utah. The financial difference is that UT allows 18/25/35 series soldiers to off set 500 dollars for travel paid via DTS.

I'm sure there's other states that are doing the same, but I haven't heard of them yet. I would be curious to see what other states are doing it.
