eotech battery cases

has anyone experienced problem with the rubber battery stops in the bottom of the eotech battery cases? we've had two fall out and now the sights are inop. contacting eotech on this also.

I`m meeting with Rod from EOTech tomorrow nite and I`ll ask him about it. If your havin probs with your unit.. they will make it right for you.

thanks, we contacted eotech and got a great response. they are squaring it away. said it has sometimes happened when guys take out their batteries. the rubber caps will come out with the batt. thanks again.
