One thing if I may:
A state will not be pleased to send a guy through IOBC, Ranger, and maybe Airborne only to lose them to SF. Should you fail SFAS expect to be PNG'ed from the state you left behind.
In short, join a state that has a SF unit. Interstate transfers occur, but the political price to be paid can be steep at times.
