Maybe I'm just suffering from Birth Certificate Photoshop Overload, but take a look at the General sitting at the laptop (click on the photo for the largest resolution photo). Do his ribbons seem a little odd? The seem very colorful and overlap his lapel, almost like they were added to the photo after the fact.
