I'm wondering how long the blame game will contine whenever a problem happens while Obama is President. The economy is getting worse? Bush! The war against terror? Bush! I'm sure we'll hear a lot of excuses.

We're f**ked!

Keep your ammo supply up b/c I'm sure the Dims will go after that as well in the next Brady Bill.

I am of the opinion, and I hope that this will be yet another instance where I'm very wrong, that the "I Told You So" moment for the newly elected president will be so catastrophic that saying "I told you so" will be morbidly inappropriate.

Had she been elected, Senator Clinton would have done many things that would have had me banging my head against the wall. But I have no doubt that if she were to have faced a moment when she needed to stand firm in the face of America's enemies, she would have responded appropriately.

By contrast, the president elect could not even stand up to his minister.

I am not disappointed in Senator Obama's supporters--Americans are free to elect whom they will. I am disappointed in the Democratic Party for letting that man hijack the primary process and I am angry at the fourth estate for not doing its job.

I cannot stand the sound of that guy's voice.

As gruesome as it is, I am sitting here thinking what will be the test that Biden alluded to last week. Anyone care to put a wage on what day, prior to the inauguration in Jan that Israel launches its attack against Iran???

The Dims don't think Brady was enough. The next bill will be worse. My guess is it will be like the UK... some crazy amount - 500% tax on "sporting rifles" and no pistol ammo, etc. so only the wealthy can afford it. One thing's for sure, get ready... yesterday.

In a different decade, I'd have taken your wager.

Now I fear for the future of Israel. A man doesn't have a minister who talks of conspiracy theories without eventually turning to the most grotesque conspiracy theory of them all.

As for all those pundits, wags, naysayers, and asshats who claimed that Iraq is experiencing a civil war? They're going to learn in the next two years what a civil war and ethnic cleansing look like. A refresher course for a political party that, one would think, wouldn't need a reminder given its previous complicity.

Okay, maybe I'm a little bitter.

The Republicans as a whole got their asses kicked tonight. They really need to change their platform back to old Republican values. Small government, low taxes, and Constitutional princples. Kick the Neocons out, send them back where they came from--- the Democratic party..

So what did you like so much about America that you came here that Obama stands for?

You sound like its all about electing a black person? I do not care if president is orange as long as they have the right values. Conservatives value merit.

If Obama were to send me some other tax payers money I would tell him to shove it - I earn my own keep.

I agree with Gypsy. I can not believe how many sheep there are.

It looks like we will have dark days ahead, but I have hope for this country because of the members of this board.
