The proper demonstration of a pimp slap?

I've slowed the film down and it looks like a backfist to the side of the neck. That would do it. And the pimp was probably a wimp also.
The hit was stronger than it looks. When you watch the video check out how his stance changes just before the strike. He used his whole body for the strike.

offense is the best defense???
Now, would the pimp exercise lawfu?
*me was just asking this big dude for an apology when he suddenly whacked me in the neck. Gimme $10,000,000.00 for physical injury, lifetime trauma, and wet pants from the nightmares*

That's why we pay for insurance. I doubt a pimp would get very far with a lawsuit anyway.

My Deutsch isn't the best, but from what I can piece out of it, the Pimp asks the guy "Hast du ein Problem?" basically, "you got a problem?" The guy just looks at him, apparently not realizing what he's up against. . . I can't tell if he says anything. Hope that helps.

robber's bad day
Similar theme as the original post.
Fight or flight?
Robber chose ass kicking
http://us.video.aol.com/video.index....pmmsid=1443982
Seems the cashier got his OODA loop in the right place
- Assess the situation
- Stay safe (jump back while continuosly assessing the situation)
- Defeat the enemy's will (taunted the robber that he's serious and meant business)
- Target of opportunity (ass kick stress relief too after long shift hours)
- Let LAW-FU prevail (call the cops)
In CA, can he get sued for attacking the fleeting chubby wannabe robber? That is no longer self-defense, no?
The police gave an orientation where I lived once that if you give your wallet to a robber, then chase him, beat him shitless and take your wallet back, you are guily of aggravated assault.
