I've been busy at home...but Thursday (30 May) I was issued a blue ID card...Friday, my last day on Active duty...was spent on my bass boat fishing.

I am now the most dangerous thing labeled by the media...a former Green Beret.

my Grandfather sent his very first text messgage the other day to wish me a happy birthday and i realized how lucky I am to be 45 and still have him around.

Awesome! My last grandfather died when I was 30. I had a Great Grandfather who died when I was 19 and one who was one month shy of 100 when I was 11. We didn't have texting back then, though.

It's really very special that you've had so many years with him! And many more, I hope.
