Greetings. First, I'd like to thank all the QPs here for their service to our country, and for the sacrifices they and their families make. My family and I are grateful. Thank you, also, for allowing me to be a guest in your home. I am not in the military, although I have considered it. If I could turn back time, I would go back and correct that mistake.

I am an anesthesiologist who's hobby has turned into a paying job teaching basic firearms classes to beginners. I found this website while researching stolen valor, and have stayed to take advantage of the wealth of information available here. I also have a friend who is a major in the 20th SF Group here in Maryland, although he is not a member here.

Again, thank you for your service and allowing me in your house. This will probably be my only post, as you already have many medical personnel here with more tactical medicine experience than I, and I do not tend to run my mouth, especially on subjects that I know little about.

If I were to stand on a battlefield with you, you would not be a "cousin".
We refer to you as "brothers in arms". (Cousins is too distant.)

Welcome aboard Brother.

She is an IED magnet (88M10) she is the M2 gunner on an MRAP and I am very proud of her and im sorry for braging but she shot better than anyone in the platoon on 240B and M2 and my best friend is the driver. I should say my other best friend because my wife is my first best friend. I wil take up no more time and apologies if I have taken up to much room. Have a great day.

Hello,

I am twenty two years old. I am currently working on enlisting into the army. I was born and raised in Michigan but currently live in Ohio. All my life I have dreamed of serving in the military. The first thing I told my mother I wanted to be was a Navy Seal, and my dreams haven't changed too much from there.

As of today I am less than a month from joining and I couldn't be happier. I've always been a big supporter of the armed forces and always will be. I thank the ones who have served before me for maintaining freedom and I am proud to say that I will soon join in the cause.

Greetings

I'm 19 years old. I am a university student. I graduate with my BA the same month I turn 20, at which point I am pursuing an 18x contract. I've been browsing this forum for a while getting lots of useful advice. There is so much knowledge and experience here that I hope to soak up before I leave. Thank you for everything.

Howdy, I am an active duty 11B with the 3d CR stationed at Ft. Hood. I joined this forum to get some information about SF and the community and see how it would impact my life by family. I know that there is a SF Recruiting Station on Hood but I would like to get some wisdom here before I talk to the recruiter about dropping my packet.

Hello everyone

My name is Charlie. I have been a long time lurker (almost 6 years!) and reader. One of my best friends is a medic with 5th group who I greatly admire - he introduced me to this forum. In the spring, after much discussion with my wife, I intend to sign my Rep-63 contract with the Texas National Guard and try out for SF.

Thank you to all of the Quiet Professionals who contribute to this forum. Your experience and knowledge are invaluable to those of us who one day wish to join your ranks.

Greetings Gentlemen.

My name is Brian and I am a 28 year old law enforcement officer in the state of Louisiana for 5 years serving with patrol, SRT and narcotics.

It is a pleasure to be here and to take all the information that I can from this site, the support and QPs. Where I feel my input can be useful it wil be added other the that I will stay in my lane and make use of the search bar.

Again thank you gentlemen for allowing myself and others to use and enjoy this forum.

Greetings and Salutations Professional Soldiers,

My name is Brian and I am a 41 year old National Guard helicopter mechanic. I found this sight last year and followed it closely since. I know a lot of younger guys may think it ridiculous, but I would like to be a member of this group of outstanding individuals. I am scheduled to deploy soon and I will spend every spare moment that I have studying and training to earn the opportunity to "Tab or Cast" when I return.
Thank all Military here for your service and your commitment to this Country and the Rights we continue to fight for in our Constitution. God bless you all...

Intro

Greetings one and all! I have 13 years of military service. Most active duty, a little reserves and some AGR NG. I was guided to this great site by a friend. I must say it is absolutely mind numbingly wonderful to find like minded people to learn from and share with on a stable and well maintained site. I look forward to any knowledge and friendships that I may gain through you all.

Hello from the marmot.

Hello guys! 26 yo prior service here. Im on the older side of the spectrum, but I have the fitness of a 20 yo. I am currently working on the 18x program option paperwork and love the site. I have no real mentorship up here in Missoula, MT, so you guys are a godsend. I am currently in college working on three simultaneous degrees and got a bit of the gypsy spirit kicking in. I had a selection date previously and have taken the DLAB (115), but I deemed myself not mature enough at the time. Old dreams don't die... you just give up on them or grow out of them... I did neither with this one.
