I purchased and received this book a few months ago, before signing for my 18X contract. Thank you for the information provided, I have no doubt that it will continue to be a critical resource for my future.

I'm glad you're going to read it.

After you read it read all the stickies in this forum, comply with all of them - and then make your "first" post in the intro thread.

Great article, sir. Thanks for posting it.

Had the pleasure of meeting Major Gant in Iraq in 2006. He's a true warrior.

Picked up a copy at the Buckley exchange last drill. Has given me some great ideas on breaking up my training regimen, as well as some excellent advice on breaking a plateau on my running. (I have been stuck at the 14:00 minute mark for a couple of months. My goal is 13:00 before I ship to Selection early next year.)

If anyone has any doubts about the usefulness of this book, get rid of them. It is an excellent tool for the toolbox, and as has been mentioned, one any aspiring QP shouldn't be without.

Thank you sir, for an excellent resource.

Just ordered it, Colonel, & thanks for the video (105-2854146-1135439). It'll be my second read through of the book & since it's my own copy, I'll have my highlighter ready. It's 1 of 3 SOF books I'll have waiting for me state-side when I get home in a couple weeks...a few Christmas presents to myself.

Just purchased the book myself. Can't wait to read it and prepare myself for the jump to the Army (should I plan on doing that from the AF).

Sir,

I'm not sure who you know at the post office or what kind of favors you owe them now, but everything ever mailed from you has made it to me in record time. I've even had shipments from in town get here later than yours.
