We are designing a couple of additions to the Santa Fe house, a portion of which is a 16ft X16ft passive wine cellar. We are selling the primary Iowa City house which has two wine cellars, and the stuff has to go somewhere.

Awful lot of folks getting invited to the wine cellar. Perhaps Amontillado is being offered
