SCOTUS tosses Hawaii firearm carry law as Unconstitutional
SCOTUS has ruled that Hawaii's rule that a person with valid (hard to get) carry permit must still attain affirmative permission from the property owner in order to carry on publicly open private property (stores, etc.) is unconstitutional.
6-3, the usual suspects.
