HOLLiS Area Commander Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: Pacific NorthWet Posts: 1,495	I had a double feed on a M16, and Yep NO %$#@ way to open it up. The forward pivot pin was not coming out. Fortuantely it was during a training. With time I was able to dig the spent case out. It does point out the "club" factor of any firearm. When it ceases to work, how good of a club is it.
