19th/20th, state-to-state

I’m currently preparing to get a rep63 contract. I’ve still got a ways to go, but I’m currently living in Hawaii which means I will be movong back to the mainland to enlist. Can anyone front the 19th/20th give me any insight in differences or things to consider when it comes time for me to choose the state I enlist in? Or is where I enlist a non-factor?
