Valhal Auxiliary Join Date: Jan 2004 Location: Idaho Posts: 89	Army Issued boots 1. Is there a tried and true process for softening and preparing newly issued boots for long ruck marches? ( I have seen TR's post in the pipeline section, I'm looking for specifics if possible.) 2. What is the mileage life of your average boot? Any tricks of the trade would be appreciated. I am getting two sets next week and I want to start breaking them in the right way.
