Can you tell me what kind of ammo this is?

.223 I know , but I'm wondering who makes it. It looks as if it says 603 or GN3.

I've never heard of that, also the box I pulled it from said had armour piercing
written on it This box was in a shed from my friends father in law that had passed away. I just took the one round with me to see what it really was.
