Recommended Gear For Wpns Sgts

I wanted to get some information from the experts on what you recommend taking down range if your the Weapons Sgt on a JCET.
What gear would you not leave home without?
What range gear you have found to work the best.
What weapon mods you think would be beneficial.
What is your range kit gear list?
What outside schools you have found to be the best.
