Citiznes of other states.
Lets say a guy from VA, comes to California to attend a shooting school, he brings his post ban AR type weapon and several 30rd mags and enough ammo for the instruction. He isn't a police officer, just a citizen. He doesn't establish residency in CA, he is merely in CA to attend the training at a private range. Is he violating any laws?
