Thanks. Pre-ordered it. But I have a long queue right now. Maybe we need to restart the reading list thread from scratch . . .

damn.
I thought that this thread was going to be about Gxxx O'Neill.
I know someone here has some good Chief O'Neill stories.....or better....Sergeant O'Neill stories.

He was the Weapons Man on NDD and my HALO team.
He is back working at SWCS now.
We probably have some stories involving G.

There are some stories that should never be told...

well, hook a brother up.
I am bored.
I am 44 years old, have a hot 20-year old girlfriend, and I am bored.
I could use a laugh.

Yeah, sounds like you should be the one with the stories to tell right now.
This is probably not the place for them, though.
I'll keep an eye out for you in Playboy.
Do you have a silk smoking jacket yet?

I merged yours with this one for continuity and bandwidth issues.

no offense taken.
let the wreckage of my life be an object lesson for you. If you are not careful, the Big Ranger in the Sky will punish you, and his punishments are creative.
remember when your mom told you not to make faces because your face might get stuck that way? Well, it is sort of the same thing. I knew better. But I was going to live forever, and then when it dawned on me that I was not immortal, I was certain that I would be dead by age 40.
well, that did not work out, either.
so now, I am old, and I have no idea what to do next, except attempt to propitiate the gods of war every day.
in the meantime, she prances around my condo in t-shirt and panties, and I am too burned out to even notice.
I have gained an appreciation for irony that I never fathomed.
you reap what you sow.

LOL -- I thought there was an old thread but couldn't find it with searches. Let me know when you get tired and I'll stop the push-ups.

Old thread, old guys, the only thing I really noticed was 20 year old hot girlfriend.
The Big Paratrooper kicks my ass, The Big Ranger in the Sky just mocks me.
