Requirements

Try the search button at the top and how about your use or needs. Requirements for the usage of this knife.

If your looking for a pocket knife, if you like your Emerson CQC-13 I would get a new one. If not, then we need more to work with.

See this thread. I stumbled on it a while back. Trick: if you use google, and do an advanced search specifiying this website as the domain, you will find things very efficiently especially if you click on the cache link. Consider it a freebie from someone who was once search button challenged.

Excellent tip TFM, thanks. I hear this also works well if you don't want to pay a fee to access the archives of certain sites (e.g., ar15.com).

Wink ..........now that's a knife

Maine Guy,
I had the pleasure last week of seeing a Yarborough knife, up close and personal. It was designed by Mr. Bill Harsey (Oregon) who is a member of PS.com and manufactured by Chris Reeve Knives (Idaho). What a thing of beauty. Having had an opportunity to communicate with Mr. Harsey several times and by reading the comments on PS.com, I believe he is a man of high integrity and honesty. You might want to check out some of knives he has designed. Example: Lone Wolf knives produces a nice folder that Bill designed. I think some of the guys on PS.com own it and have been very happy with it. I was going to buy one for my QP but then he said he wanted a damn gun instead.

Disclosure: I was not paid to endorse any of the companies or people named above. Seeing as you're a Maine guy I wanted to give you some ideas from the other side of the U.S.

Buy a Harsey T2 or T3

If you are in to B-F folders get the T-3. You can shave with it or fight your way out a bar with it....it can handle all of your needs.

What price range are you looking for the knife to be in?
