Warrior Politics

Has anyone read Warrior Politics by Robert D. Kaplan? Same guy who wrote Balkan Ghosts. It's a good book, but I have to keep taking a break from it and thinking on what he's saying. Balkan Ghosts was a travel book and didn't require much serious thought even if Clinton did say he was using it as a guide for his policy in the Balkans. I think he lied and never really read the book but that's beside the point.
