Shooting glasses...
Need to wear them when ever you are shooting!
Another technique is to blackout the non-dominate eye on shooting glasses with a sharpee or black magic marker...or simply just put a piece of tape over it.

100 MPH Tape
The hand over the eye has got to be better than one other alternative. In Basic Training, the Drill Sergeants helped out the guys that had difficulties by putting 100 MPH tape over the recessive eye. It worked, but I'm glad that I already knew how to keep that eye closed. I saw guys lose eyebrows/eyelashes because of that technique!
