Luke, The main spring has been over wound. There should be certified Armour at every major base in Columbia. Milkor does regular Armour courses in Columbia. ARE you sure that the weapons you have seen are not the COMMORA RBG-6.

As to Armorer's at bases, you are smoking something. The only time guys in the little bases out where the shooting happes see an armorer is when a gringo like me or some 18B shows up.
