5/19 Email
I am looking for current 5/19th recruiting email POC. My googlefoo only showed phone numbers. Phones are not the best way to communicate at my current location.

I went to the COARNG web page and found to this link.
http://www.coloradoguard.army.mil/5-19sf.html
When you click on it, you'll find this message on the bottom of the page: " You can reach Colorado's 5/19th SF Group (Airborne), located just northeast of Denver in Watkins, by calling 720-250-2900".
I know most of the guys in the 3-shop but I have no idea who the recruiter is or what his number or email address are these days. I suppose you'll have to call and navigate the wacky COARNG-devised voice mail system to find him.

rgr, I saw that too. I'll steal the Thuraya phone from my Lt when he is not looking. Shouldn't be too difficult.

Here are some POC for recruiters that work with the three different 5-19 States units.
5-19th SFG(A)
HQ+BSC = Watkins CO = SFC Wright - 303 948 800 -chad.c.wright@us.army.mil
A Co = Los Alamitos, CA = Elanzo - 650 670 7271
B Co = Fort Carson, CO = Same as above
C Co = San Antonio, TX = SSG Marmolejo = 210 787 8288 / 210 458 769 - andrew.marmolejo@tx.ngb.army.mil
I have the POC (specifically the email address) for the A Co Ops Sgt, California, if you need it I can PM it to you, but not sure on PerSec. As usual it does have his full name in the address. I will need permission from moderator before I can provide.

One of the Colorado units. SFC Wright has pointed me in the correct direction as far as the interstate transfer. TM

Roadblock
I have sent in my resume to a recruiter and taken care of my command back in Minnesota signing off on this thing. Right now I need to complete an interview to finish off the process so I can get a paragraph and line number.
The recruiter I have sent correspondence to is not returning my emails. If somebody has contact info for a reliable recruiter working with SF in Colorado I would appreaciate it.
For logistical reasons (i.e. finding a place to live) I would like to get the paperwork finished before I redeploy from AFG early 2010.

Texas doesn't sound too bad, I have fond memories of the place...South Padre Island.

I believe that MSG W might be the Ops Sgt for Bravo Company....?
Try calling 303 917 9647 and relaying your issue...see if that gets you anywhere
HTH....let me know how you go.
Cheers

Thanks for the info, I was able to commandeer a KBR phone (the only ones that work consistantly) and navigate my way through automated phone hell to get to a person. I am going to fly down when I re-deploy early 2010 for an interview.
Appreaciate the help
