After Airborne??
I will be done with Jump School towards the end of August this year. This is the last item listed in my contract (18x). If i'm correct, the 4 week SOPC will be before SFAS. Will this be right after Jump? What is the time line like to be sent to SFAS for 18x (ballpark)?

Just finish Basic Training first, then worry about not getting scared on your first jump, then worry about SOPC, then SFAS, then ect.... Got it
Good Luck!

Funny memories of that old song... that was one of my dad's "bored on roadtrips" ditties we'd all groan and sing along...
Years later while I was rucking up for SFAS, I used to sing that... but with "alternate lyrics"
Gory, Gory what a helluva way to die...
My feet are fxxxing screaming, and they look like pizza pie,
But I'm never gonna make it if I don't get out and try...
And I might have to ruck some more.
Some of those 18 milers were rough towards the end (little size 7 tenderfeet)

Weird, I'm in the same situation. I'll be completing Jump school around the same time. You don't happen to be a Rep 63 at Ft. Sam Houston?
