Just wanted to know you were knocking the dust off them now and then. I think it was pointed out already but free weights use more muscle fiber than weight machines, stabilizer muscles,. The Kettlebell excercises look like they'd fire up even more than typical free weights.

Yeah, probably not a good idea to get too happy swinging those around, unless you were planning new walls.
