The man who set up Ramsi Yousef brought his matchbook to the US Embassy and told the staff on site that he wanted to talk to the US Ambassador, so this pracitce does work. She is a moron.
I believe the gentlemen who came up with matchbook idea was a former CIA station chief who was diagnosed with cancer, but before he died he got to see Yousef captured.
