These wealthy countries defined the word because they were on the recieving end.
I wonder how many state sponsors of terrorism they want on this "international forum" to define the word terrorism.
Which leads me to my next thought...
What PC term will they want us to use now that we've offended the terrorists by calling them what they are?
A terrorist by any other name...
