Do any of you guys know Master Sergeant (Ret) David Sams? I have decided to have a 1911 built from the ground up for IDPA and he comes highly recommended.

I have been told that SGT Sams was the AMU's master gunsmith for a couple of years. I was hoping one of you guys would know of him or his work.
