I'm going to speculate that the 500 Service Error is not the 3-7 of us regulars hitting the site everyday, but rather the 500k Indian/Iranian bots hitting the site constantly...

There are services that provide more uptime, but they cost. They cost more than is necessary for we few deserve. IMO.

I've found that early afternoons and late evenings are the best time to access the site - depending on the overseas curry rice beak times.
