Hello. I created a comprehensive wargaming system that I intend to drop in the Library section. According to the rules I will ask a moderator.
I have found my writings (the wargaming system and other things) to be inaccessible to non-military people, mainly because they require effort to read and aren't "exciting". It seems that most people aren't able to read words and instead interpret text as themes.
