SITUATION:
Many other veterans and myself invested into the Norfolk, Virginia based Armed Forces Brewing Company. Getting it off the ground from idea, to distribution on the East coast. It has been doing well for the past 3 years, corporate sponsors (NASCAR level) and multiple charitable contributions for veterans organizations.

DISCUSSION:
The “woke mob” has executed a well organized, and funded, campaign against AFBC, vandalized our pub, launched a disinformation campaign after the election that AFBC was “anti-inclusion, because of being pro-Trump.

We have been trying to raise enough capital ($1.7 milfrom 1-27 April) to restructure after losing our sponsors, production, distribution, and pub income.

Our CEO believes they have uncovered enough evidence for both a civil suit against the key individuals and their organization. Additional evidence of felony level criminal activity has also been uncovered.

RECOMMENDATION:
- If there are “Trump friendly” recommendations for a corporate law atty AFBC would like to speak with them to discuss pursuing a civil suit.
- if there are FED LEO contacts that evidence can be presented to for evaluation, AFBC would like to speak with them.

I lost “real money” yes, but some investors (over 90% Veteran investment) lost “no shit money”.
