Yes, the US Military can be way better at most things.

Yes, there are significant issues with procurement of systems.

Yes, our personnel are weak, both in mind and body.

Yes, our leadership has a hard time leading a dead-horse to the ground sometimes.

China is worse. By a long shot.

No, they don’t have fuel.

No, they don’t have a Navy (not that they don’t have a “good Navy”, they have NO Naval power of consequence)

No, they can’t enforce any semblance of “ownership” of anything they purchase (“belt and road” is “smoke and mirrors” if you can’t keep what you take)

No, they can’t de-centralize leadership. Xi is a one-man show, and he kills any and all descent (literally kills them)

No, the Chinese are not a threat……..
