Here are two 11th Group photos that may cause NDD to rethink his "ladies attracted to the site" comment. Check out these Birth Control Glasses (Birth Control because she ain't gonna get anywhere near you while you are wearing those). aka "Buddy Holly's" these were the only glasses the Army issued for years.

The photo on the left is just me helping ROTC cadets at Campbell University, NC circa 1978. The one on the right is a 3/11th SF Group AT photo from Camp Edwards, Mass. We did the operation covertly, disguised as a Military Police unit. It worked so well that an inspector from Ft. Meade, MD (COL Paul Kite) came to inspect AT and went back to Ft. Meade and reported that no SF Battalion was at Camp Edwards. (Pay no attention to the long wire antenna running the full length of the roof and adjoining baseball field). The NCO to my left is MSG Estes.
