Oh, that's just a big can of worms.... I can PM however I already know it's a question that has been and will be asked to me a lot.
I have fully considered it.
I loved my time as an O. But the two paths have their perks and I can't say I truly want to continue as an Officer. I love the aspects of teaching, coaching, learning, and working with a small team.
The topic has been covered pretty extensively (O vs. E), and I hope I'm not being dismissive of a very valid question and I appreciate you taking the time to ask. It's a huge jump and a lot of people are assuming I am running from something rather than to something as it appears to be a demotion.
