Schools: Ranger, Airborne, ARC, BOLC, 'a' Selection (currently serving)
A few deployments
My PSG's didnt beat me up....too much.
Purpose: determine if I can resign commission and eventually attend SFAS.
I'm extremely motivated to do this. Have thought about it for too long and am going to pursue this.
I have completed my initial enlistment contract, completed my responsibilities for my current unit, and have no legal, financial, or family issues preventing me from pursuing dream.
Will be seeking information on ADHD/Adderall usage (lots of medical documents to read through).
To capture my current mindset: grateful, lucky, excited, and determined. My reasons for making the switch are both personal and easily understood by those who have served.
I have been incredibly blessed and fortunate to have been mentored, led, trained, and developed over the past years. I am still young and have a ton to learn.
Willing to answer questions that posters might have about the 4-5 years prior to attending SFAS as an O.
