Sadly, Congress voluntarily submitted to a spaying/neutering program some time ago. One has only to recount all the scandalous behavior by this Administration and its crew with zero adverse consequence to the perpetrators, and watch some ineffective posturing during hearings on CSPAN, to realize that nothing will come of any of this. (The behavior is continuous, it's just the getting caught that's episodic.) POTUS is just going to retire to Hawaii to play golf & re-write his version of history. (Maybe a big set of minarets on his library.)
But Congress? Nada. Zip.
Edited to add: I do disagree with one statement in the video by the commentator RE no coverage by the media. There will be coverage at one point. It will start in 2017 when a few are traced back to the PRRP. Why the trace? That will start when something goes, "FOOM!" and lots of people die.
