Perhaps the rest of the world will come to understand the concept of Separate Development we in South Africa were so pilloried for developing?
When a country has two or more cultures that are totally unlike each other, and particularly if the more civilised portion are a tiny minority, the legislation of separate but equal development begins to make a lot of sense.
Of course it is all too late for us here but there is some pleasure observing those nations who were so full of advice and criticism against us experiencing the same kind of difficulties.
