The majority of the time for work its concealed. I found the CrossBread to be very comfortable. They make two different cuts, so while one stated how it rides and digs, in my experience (I'm on my second set, one for Glock and Sig), I changed from the standard cut to the combat cut, and that helped. As with anything, the draw has to be worked a bit and continued after the holster gets really nice and broken in (it really molded to my hip at that point).
