Here's my go to soy based pork marinade. I really like it with a wild boar loin. Pretty close to yours, TS...
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Mirin
1 tsp chili oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp lemon juice
zest from 1/2 lemon
3 minced fresh garlic cloves
1 Tbsp minced fresh garlic
2 tsp sesame seeds
