I just ordered several short rolls of Spectra braided line off eBay from a company in Hong Kong.
At $3.50 per roll, delivered, I don't know how they can do it, but if the line is genuine, it is going in my kit.
I am retiring the very cool but low capacity peanut lighter for a mini-BIC.
I did get an inexpensive Cree headlamp for Christmas that is incredibly powerful and is rechargable. Not for my EDC or kit, but it is pretty handy at night, especially when scanning for wildlife.
