Based on my reading of what information is available from the US / German press, I doubt that Saudi Arabia or anyone else will control Emir Dokka Abu Uthman or the jihadi in Russia’s North Caucasus' (or those on TDY is Syria).
I think that Putin and the Russian intelligence Service have a real problem with the Sochi Olympics.
