Well my .002 of a centavo...

I think that Mr. Berrett should work on the weapon himself. Then in return turn and charge the LAPD or the City of LA a HUGE SUM of money for working on the weapon...

I think that Mr. Barrett's time should be that of a very skilled worker and CEO of a very large and successful company such as his. Saying some where in the range of at least a million dollars an hour. He works a 100 hrs on this weapon. 100 million bill for one weapon. Which of course only he knows how to work on being HIS WEAPON...

Then if LA does not pay, he can then donate his time. He can get a huge tax right off for his time and effort...
