SSG Eric Thomas Gregor

Not sure what happened, but I went through the Q-course with Eric. He served with 7th Group. RIP brother.

SSG. Eric Thomas Gregor, 31, of Montgomery, died Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at his home.

Visitation will be held at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 from 11:00 — 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be also at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church on Tuesday, November 5 at 2:00 p.m. Burial is at St. Michael Cemetery in rural Montgomery. Military Honors provided.

Eric was born on February 2, 1982 in New Prague to Thomas and Ann (Walsh) Gregor. Eric went to elementary school at Holy Redeemer Catholic School in Montgomery and graduated from Montgomery-Lonsdale High School. He proudly served in the US Army from 1999 to 2008 as a Green Beret, a gunner, medic in special forces. Eric served two tours to Afghanistan, one to South America, and received a Bronze Star. Eric was united in marriage to Megan Johnson on December 28, 2005.

He is survived by Megan of Montgomery, Children; Makenzie 7 years old and Makayla 4 years old, parents; Tom and Ann Gregor of Montgomery, siblings; Rudi (Melissa) Gregor of Montgomery, Kyle Gregor of Fort Worth, TX, and Amy Gregor of Fort Worth, TX., uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He is Preceded in death by his grandparents Marlowe and Mary Lou Gregor.
