Nothing in the packet provided by the sheriff discusses establishments that sells/serve alcohol. You cannot carry and be under the influence of alcohol however. You can carry a loaded handgun in your car, even to those post-office (as of this week)

Basically, it is:
- No schools
- No Federal Buildings
- No private property posted with a no guns sign
- No municipal buildings that have metal detectors at every entrance. An example of this would be the Douglas county jail.
Colorado cities cannot add additional laws regarding conceal carry, but even though state law allows for open carry, many cities in the front range ban open carry.
I don't know how the 15 round magazine ban affects out of state residents. I probably would not bring any, especially if you were going through Denver or Boulder.
