Yes, and I have found many threads that relate to the 4 situations that I posted within my original post. I have yet to find anything about an interservice transfer (particularly from the Navy to the Army) about going SF. Additionally, all of those situations were before sequestration were put into place, and the atmosphere for doing such a transition may have changed dramatically. I will continue searching.
