Why a 50 Beowulf??

I started out looking for a 6.5 Grendel upper. With the current barry madness, I came to the conclusion that 1800++ for an upper did not cut it.

This was price good. It the current environment, I "saved" almost a grand..

Hopefully by Christmas rational minds and stripped pocketbooks will bring the market prices down to something approaching "normal"..

I tossed in a couple pics of the 50 ammo compared to the 556. The 50 is compared to the old 45.70 in ballistics, but much shorter OAL. It's a great round for most all NA critters. With a 100 yd aim, it will be about 10-15 inch low at 200-225, respectively..
