Rossi M92

So I got this thing to the range, sweet little shooter with both .38 and .357. The action IS stiff but as others said, just run it through "don't baby it". That part works fine, the loading issue, port/door not opening is a pain. You have to load the rounds about half way in and then follow with another. If you push too hard, say after five you may not get six or more in.... The spring from the tube is very tight/strong.

I have looked up "DIY M92 receiver kit" and there is a guy called "Mr. M92" or Mr. Rossi... he does a spring kit for about $190 but has an 8-10 month turn around. There is also a kit from Lee's Gunsmithing, "Gunslinger kit for Rossi M92" cost about $25. There are you tube videos for install. I may try this kit, supposed to be easy the second time you do it...first time can be a bitch.

Lastly there are those that say that it just shoots that way, get used to it..... Not sure if I am buying that... anyway if I get and put the Lee's kit in it I will post results.
